PVS is a contract Venue Management Services provider offering the provision of full gaming machine management.

PVS has been established to provide a seamless transition into the new Victorian gaming model.

Contracting with PVS helps to reduce Venue Operators exposure and risk in the new unknown environment.

Clayton Wheeler

Clayton's industry experience commenced some 16 years ago in the first (temporary Crown Casino). Clayton developed his vast product knowledge as Casino Product Manager for the next 12 years, during which time he executed the implementation of the product plan for the new Southbank casino opening.

Clayton was also responsible for the identification and delivery of the introduction of Cash Express years ahead of Tab and Tatts.

In 2006 Clayton joined Tatts and instantly set about establishing a new Jackpot base that has seen Tatts introduce Showcase, 1c and Platinum Jackpots that have been so successful in Victoria that they are now distributed interstate as well.

Clayton's product philosophy is designed around delivering long term sustainable growth to the venue.

Anthony Bahen

Anthony has a long history in the hospitality industry having grown up in family owned hotels. His employment experience spans more than 20 years.

Anthony developed a sound grounding in Hotel operations via the Mathieson Hotel Group, working closely with Bruce Mathieson for 8 years prior to commencing with Tatts in 1997. During his time at Tatts Anthony has assumed management responsibilities for all departments within the gaming operations area and more recently has been responsible for the property division within Tatts.

Having overseen the gaming room redevelopment of more than 500 hotels and clubs and personally managing the development of Tatts' own greenfield venues with in excess of $50M dollars in development there is no one more experienced in delivering the best outcome from a venue development.

Richard Whitehouse

Richard has been employed by Tatts for 11years. Initially Richard managed Tatts major accounts before moving on to the management of the Lottery and gaming field operations.

Since 2004 Richards's role has been to oversee the approval and distribution of Tatts venues and machines as well as legislative review and implementation. This included Tatts Greenfield projects that saw Richard identify, acquire and obtain approval for the Greenfield properties.

Richard has managed and given evidence on gaming expenditure in more gaming applications than any other individual in the Victorian gaming industry.

 

Anthony, Clayton and Richard have also gained valuable work experience in either conducting due diligence, business evaluations or in establishing new businesses in NSW, Queensland, Macau, South Africa and the UK.

Their intricate knowledge and experience of gaming and specifically Victorian gaming is unparalleled.
